The
Exhibiting Agency was formed in 2000 when founder and Managing Director John
Blaskey decided that a new kind of company was needed in the Live Marketing
sector.
6 years later and a dedicated team based in Cheshire offer a complete package to clients to ensure success.
James Arfan - Field Manager
James
worked within UK Government for 19 years. He has a wealth of experience
in business support schemes for many industries including IT, production
machinery, plastics, furniture, and the exhibitions industry itself.
James's most recent successes include acting as Stand Manager/Spotter for clients both in the UK and Europe including WYKO Industrial Services, AGFA, Hughes Safety Showers and Over-C.
Mike Eastwood - Field Manager
Mike
spent 16 years running his own promotional gifts business with clients
including Coca Cola, Bacardi and United Airlines. He also
has experience in stand construction, display and lead generation.
Mike's recent achievements include managing stands for various clients in the overseas property market and financial services sector.
Dan Blaskey - Stand Manager/Performer
Dan
has an MA in Classical Acting from the Central School of Speech and Drama.
Professional experience also includes varied work as a stand-up comedian,
character, impersonator and voice-over artist.
Dan has undertaken both stand management and performance roles for The Exhibiting Agency for clients at both trade and consumer shows in a variety of sectors including financial services, printing, packaging, property, furniture and giftware.
Magic Matt
Matt specialises in bringing the
'magical ingredient' to exhibitions. With a background in law, business,
and 10 years of entertaining with magic, Matt breaks the ice and builds
company products and information into his attention-grabbing performances. Matt has helped our
clients achieve success at shows throughout Europe in various industries such
as engineering and printing.
Rachel Blackman - Performer/Spotter
Rachel
studied acting at WAPPA drama school in Australia. She had a featured
role in Matrix Revolutions and wrote and performed an award-winning one
woman show.
Rachel has performed on exhibition stands for our clients at various shows including Packaging Innovations and the Exhibiting Show.
Katy Schutte - Performer/Spotter
Katie
studied drama at Hull University. In 2001 she co-founded the Deadpan
Pizza Theatre Company where she wrote and starred in several plays. She
is also a stand-up comedian and runs her own new comics' night Rabbit in
the Headlights in Brighton.
Katie's exhibition experience is extensive. She has undertaken Spotting and performing roles for our clients at shows both in the UK and Europe including IFSEC, FESPA, IPEX and Label Expo.
Sheli Yadid - Performer/Spotter

Sheli studied law at London Guildhall University before spending 2 years in investment banking. Having always shown a keen interest in acting she then decided to pursue this full time.
Sheli has performed on stands for clients in various industries including Health & Safety and Overseas Property.
Rebecca Smith - Performer/Spotter
Rebecca
took up improv comedy in 2003 and is a founding member of the Mayday Players.
She teaches improvisation courses for beginners and performs corporate events
with the troupe. She has recently acted in the film Double Helix.
Rebecca has performed on stands for clients at shows in the UK and internationally, most recently for our client at ACHEMA in Frankfurt.
Robin Fry - Performer/Spotter
Robin
has a regular slot on Guy Lloyd's Juice FM radio breakfast show as "Mr T".
He also played the part of "Jala" in the audio play Faction Paradox -
Coming to Dust, part of a spin-off series from Doctor Who. He
recently finished shooting on his first film, Jake's Justice.
Robin's exhibition experience includes performing for a variety of different clients at international property shows and performing on our own stand at The Exhibiting Show.
