Through a personal referral Richard Burbidge were introduced to The Exhibiting Agency.
A long established - 150 year old - UK manufacturer of staircase components. Richard Burbidge were exhibiting at the Homebuilding and Renovating Show.
They hadn't exhibited for many tears. A new approach was needed to differentiate themselves from competitors and a process was needed to reassure them that exhibiting would work.
- Over 400 qualified leads were recorded
- 20 new installers registered their interest
- A presentation on "First Impressions - by Richard Burbidge" in one of the show theatres was full
- Richard Burbidge staff agreed that this was an inspirational stand experience for them all
The ROI Planner: Objectives were established. Messaging was reviewed. Target audiences identified.
Workshop: To initiate the planning, a strategy workshop was held with the marketing team to review all aspects of the stand.
Total Show Consultancy: Following the workshop, the team opted for a Total Show Consultancy package over four months. A theme to deliver impact and memorability was create. A stand manager and engagers were hired and Outcomes (prospect feedback and lead follow up system) was adopted.
Stand Experience: "First Impressions - by Richard Burbidge". This Art Gallery theme emphasised the difference a new staircase could make to the entrance hall of anyone's home. The reaction was universally positive from home owners, installers, the press and the show organisers themselves.
Very well organised; a lot of effort and time went into it. Well prepared. Engaging with clientele; the use of engaers. The overall enthusiasm of the team.
