ICID (International Congress on Infectious Diseases)
in Thailand
The Exhibiting Agency sent seasoned manager Dan Blaskey to train, co-ordinate and manage Alere’s global debut in Bangkok. Exciting stand – original pathways featured – the Batak Challenge – and great results.

Visitors completed 346 feedback forms with invaluable market information (all input immediately on stand into Outcomes). 122 prospects requested a future visit. Dan personally trained the Spotters and Tracker who were native to Thailand.

Council of Mortgage Lenders – Associate Member Masterclass

Past client CML invited John to deliver a Masterclass aimed at preparing Associate Members for their attendance at their conference and exhibition in November.

Consistent delegate feedback – once again revealed 80% did not know what results they had achieved last time and 40% did not know how much they had spent.

The Royal Aeronautical Society had a stand in the Innovation Zone and were using The Exhibiting Agency’s processes and techniques for the first time and achieved all their objectives. Using the Outcomes system they logged all their visitor details and created a plan to follow up the leads to new members and corporate partners.

And the Zoladex story goes on.  A creative interpretation of the on-going survival theme delivered a mini jungle stand at BAUS in Scotland in June 2012.

Once again despite reduced footfall at

creative interpretation

the congress and a less than exciting location within the exhibition, an enormous amount of data was gathered via Outcomes and over 100 inputs were recorded with several requests for further information on AstraZeneca’s forthcoming App and on the product itself. An in-depth report on views and behaviours of a number of Oncologists were logged and will once again help to inform future brand messaging and interaction with those who prescribe this world beating drug.

 

The Energy Event – Exhibitor Masterclass
Following the success of John’s Masterclass for RWM – provided  for organiser i2i – John provided a second Masterclass for the exhibitors at The Energy Event (take place at the NEC 11th – 13th September 2012).

More staggering statistics emerged from delegate feedback – 66% of whom did not know what results they got from their last exhibition, and 10% did not know what they had spent?

Comments and tips noted by the delegates were:

“The need to focus on why we are exhibiting and what we want to get out of it”
“To change attitude to sale of product to making appointments”
“Key information gained on how to get a better ROI”

 

John was invited to present at the North West PSA (Professional Speakers Association) event this month.  He is now a member. John introduced delegates to the concept of Outcomes feedback to measure their and their members results at all their speaker events – and of course to grow their businesses. The session was acclaimed and this was gratifying since the feedback came from John’s peers – a critical audience of professional speakers.
