IPSE (formerly known as PCG) attended the Trade Association Forum Masterclass in July and decided to take the advice and support of The Exhibiting Agency one step further and hired us for their next show.
IPSE is the largest association of independent professionals in the EU, representing freelancers, contractors and consultants from every sector of the economy. It’s a not-for-profit organisation owned and run by its members. IPSE believe that flexibility in the labour market is crucial to Britain’s economic success, and dedicate their work to improving the landscape for the freelance way of working through their active and influential voice in government and industry.
IPSE were in the process of a full rebrand, rename for a re-launch at The Business Show at Olympia in November. And so after a number of internal workshops involving key members of the team, objectives, messaging, desired outcomes, data capture and follow up have all been decided upon.
And next is to decide on the theme for the stand and the journey and experience the visitors will enjoy. Not to give anything away before the exhibition – we are taking a 12m2 open on three sides (at the moment) stand, an 80m2 business centre and a 30 minute presentation slot – watch this space- literally!

Following the SMMT Masterclass in May, The Exhibiting Agency were invited to meet with one of their exhibiting clients on a one to one basis and provided a mini workshop for the team at Tibbetts Group Limited (TGL).
TGL is a specialist UK supplier of clutch related products to the global automotive OES and aftermarkets and has been selling clutch components for over 30 years. Their range covering both Passenger Car and Commercial Vehicles includes OE Clutch Kits, Concentric Slave Cylinders and Bearings as well as their own Rymec range of Clutch Kits, Solid Flywheel Kits and Concentric Slave Cylinders.
TGL are exhibiting at Automechanika in Frankfurt in September and with only three weeks to go before the show a lot had to be done in a short space of time.
The Exhibiting Agency immediately took on the challenge and coached TGL into setting some realistic and measureable objectives, suggested changes to the stand design to control the flow of visitors, provided Outcomes and professional staff – we will report on their results next month!
Long term client AZ – took their old fashioned school room concept (enter the past – to learn about the future) as seen in Liverpool earlier in the year at the RCN Annual Conference and Exhibition) to a one day congress in London – for School Nurses.
Again our professional “school mistress” Liz Mittler drew the crowd and controlled the process, encouraging the visiting nurses to take the “test” – even at this one day event – the full process was adhered to and around 50 “exercise book tests” completed.
