John presented a Mini Masterclass at the Motorsport Industry Association’s Export to USA & Europe Meeting at their headquarters at Stoneleigh Park this month.
A number of the delegates are enlisting the help of The Exhibiting Agency to help them with their exhibiting programmes next year, including the MIA themselves, who are exhibiting at Autosport International at the NEC, Birmingham in January 2015.
We will of course keep you informed of their results.
John attended the National Sales Conference and Exhibition at the Ricoh Arena – unusually as a visitor – and was disappointed at the non engagement of the professional sales people staffing the Exhibition Stands. He was only approached by one exhibitor. ISMM take note… there’s so much to share with you.
The BAUS Mini Masterclass held towards the end of September – although presenting to a small audience the statistics showed a familiar picture – 66% of those exhibiting did not know or did not measure their results from their last exhibiting / Live Marketing event – shocking when 55% of them spent up to £25,000.
We are of course helping these exhibitors learn how to set realistic objectives, implement a process and measure what they are doing.
When asked what the highlight of the session had been for them, what they had learnt or will take away – some of the responses were

And a number of attendees have requested in-house workshops, strategy reviews and other support.
